Privacy Policy
Effective July 29, 2026
Short version: we collect what we need to coach your athlete, we use it to coach your athlete, and we don't sell it to anybody. Here's the longer version, in plain English.
Who we are
HUNDREDLOCKED is a baseball coaching business run by Calen Graham.
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone / text: (714) 767-0299
When you email or text those, you're reaching Calen — not a support desk.
What we collect
- Your contact info — name, phone number, and email when you book a call, sign up, or fill out a form. That includes forms you fill out inside Facebook or Instagram if you found us through an ad there.
- Training info you choose to share — the athlete's age, position, goals, training logs, and anything else you tell us so the program can be built for your kid instead of a generic one.
- Video clips you send in — throwing or hitting video submitted for film review.
- Basic site analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you around other websites.
That's it. We don't ask for anything we don't need.
What we use it for
- Delivering the coaching — building programs, reviewing film, answering questions.
- Scheduling calls and sessions.
- Billing you for what you signed up for.
- Replying when you reach out.
- Letting families know about HUNDREDLOCKED services — pricing changes, new offerings, that kind of thing. If you'd rather not get those, say so and you won't.
Nothing else. We don't use your information for anything outside of running this coaching business.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We never post an athlete's video publicly without a parent's written OK. Film you send in is for coaching. If we ever want to use a clip publicly, we ask a parent first and take no for an answer.
Athletes are kids
Most of the athletes we work with are minors. Accounts, payment, and communication run through a parent or guardian — that's the rule, and it's how we want it.
Parents can ask to see, correct, or delete their family's information at any time. One email or one text does it. You don't need a reason and there's no form to fill out.
Companies we rely on to operate
Like any small business, we use a few outside services to actually function. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job:
- Payments. Right now families pay by Venmo or Zelle — those apps handle the transaction and we only see that it went through. We may add card payments through Stripe; if we do, Stripe processes the card and we never store card numbers.
- Scheduling. Cal.com handles booking calls, so it sees the name and email you enter when you book.
- Hosting and database. Cloudflare hosts this site and Supabase stores app data — training programs, logs, and account records.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram). If you found us through an ad and filled out a form there, Meta collected that form and passed it to us. Meta's own privacy policy covers what they do on their side.
Deleting your data, or asking us anything
Text (714) 767-0299 or email [email protected] and tell us what you want done — a copy of what we have, a correction, or a full delete. We'll handle it within 30 days, usually a lot faster.
Changes to this policy
